Adolfo is a seasoned Software & Solutions Technology professional Director, renowned for his forward-thinking leadership and unwavering integrity. With extensive experience in strategic development and operational activities, he has played a pivotal role in numerous projects, including startups and Christian ministry initiatives. A passionate Dodgers baseball and Chargers football fan Adolfo also enjoys the strategic challenge of playing chess, often taking on two opponents at once. Additionally he has dedicated nine years as an assistant coach for the local high school wrestling team, showcasing his commitment to community engagement.

He is a family man happily married to the wife of his youth, Rachel, and together they have raised 5 children and are now enjoying grandchildren. A musician since he was in high school and college, he enjoys playing the drums and congas when he is able.

Over time, he has navigated through global and corporate experiences across different industries and found that his passion is not only to succeed, but overcome demanding challenges. He understands strategically calculated risk and how to partner with key stakeholders in business and helping leaders from all walks of life.
