Adolfo is an author and seasoned business professional in the area of Software & Technical Solutions. He is currently a Director of Technical Engineering Services, and devoted husband and family man. His forward-thinking leadership and unwavering integrity with extensive experience in strategic development, governance, and operational activities, he has played a pivotal role in numerous projects which include startups and helping to launch various Christian ministries.

Happily married to his wife, Rachel, together they have raised 5 children and are now enjoying grandchildren. A musician since Jr. High School through College, he continues to enjoy playing the drums and congas when he is able.

His experience navigating through corporate challenges across different industries, he succeeded in spite of complexities and finds his passion in helping others to succeed as well.
